The Blueprint

A clear development pathway.

Every session has a purpose, and every player leaves knowing what to work on next.

01

Assess

Understand the player's current skills, movement and game awareness.

02

Coach

Small groups mean more quality repetitions and direct instruction.

03

Measure

Testing and observation make progress visible, not guessed.

04

Feedback

Clear written reports give every player practical next steps.

Coaching

Experience that translates to junior footy.

Our coaches bring WAFL-level playing experience, and one works in WAFL talent identification and scouting. Players receive practical insight grounded in what higher-level football demands.

Head coach · Jacob Sideris

Players first, always.

Head coach Jacob Sideris leads every Blueprint program. A nurturing, supportive coach, he gets to know each player as a person before pushing them as a footballer — building confidence, encouraging questions and making sure every kid leaves a session feeling better about their game than when they arrived.

Strength & conditioning

Athletic foundations, built properly.

Led by a qualified trainer, players learn fundamental techniques supporting speed, power, agility and durability, with correct movement patterns and habits for long-term physical development.

Individual game reviews

Feedback from the game itself.

Our WAFL talent ID and scouting staff attend the junior game in person, then provide a written report on decision-making, positioning and match impact. Available in-season for all ages and often recommended before a one-on-one session.
